GeForce® GTX 1080 Xtreme Gaming Water Cooling W/ Custom Tubing

Solution
No, you really cant do what you are planning on.
If you want to use a card within a custom loop you need to get one designed to be there, instead of modifying an AIO unit.
Youll have to buy a waterblock: https://www.ekwb.com/news/ek-unveils-new-nvidia-geforce-gtx-1080-water-blocks/
Or get a custom one installed from the factory: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814500406&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC-_-pla-_-Video+Card+-+Nvidia-_-N82E16814500406&gclid=CO-Qip2jnM8CFVBlfgodX6oDbA&gclsrc=aw.ds

Thank you very much for your quick reply, this really helps! So is a waterblock a custom piece that you add into the gpu itself? If so, I am up for the challenge, however the HB bridge will be unavailable which is rather upsetting as I am aiming for the highest performance. As for the custom one, they look REALLY nice and the lights are fantastic, I'm thinking about going that route although I'll have to use 3 displayports over 3 HDMI's. I am wondering though, can the pre-made factory 1080's use an HB bridge?
