Basically i got a new PC , later on i figured out that that my gtx 1060 needed an 8 pin connector and the PSU had only 6 , so i replaced the new PSU with an older one that i had working,i turned on this PC a couple of times and it worked and i could even play for an hour , later i try booting it once, it starts but about 10 seconds later it shutsdown and doesnt turn back on unless i unplug and plug it back in, i tried this PSU on my old PC and the same problem occured except it maybe stayed for 10 seconds longer and the newer PSU works fine on my old pc , so thankfully i guess that means the the Motherboard isnt the problem,The question is there anyway to fix the PSU or know that it is actually not working properly ?
My specs :
Case : CoolerMaster k380
VGA : Gigabyte GTX 1060
Processor : intel core I5 6402p
MotherBoard : Gigabyte h110m-s2ph
The non working PSU : http://www.egprices.com/en/product/hec-te-wx-series-600w-psu-el-madina
Edit: i should also mention that i rarely used this new pc because i didnt get a monitor for it yet but i did try it on other monitors and it did work , so i really dont know why this problem started occuring and this psu started not working properly, any ideas ? cuz i dont want this to happen again as i spent all my money on this pc .
