hi guys,

I have old main board and install windows 10 successfully without problem (asus m4a89gtd-pro)

and now I want to update my m.b and very important to me the new m.b is fully compatibility with windows 10 I have directx 12 video card and ssd and all new stuff for best exprience on windows 10

but I have two choice
one > buy new board like asus 970 pro aura
two > buy used board like sabertooth R2 or crosshair formula V (not Z)

I don't want highly overclock , I want stable ,solid and fully compatible with new stuff and windows 10.

whats choice is best for me ?

in the asus website 970 aura and sabertooth R2 is windows 10 support .
my question is this board is have difference in supporting windows 10? or one of these board is better than other in the windows 10 supporting?

if someone have exprience with this board please give me some tips.

thanks and appreciate

maybe in the new board optimize for windows 10 in 970 and 990 chipset or isn't?

exactly my friend . never know .
I think I did go with the new one for while until zen arrive . I think this new board is good choice because enough power to some overclock and have best new feature possible for old platform .
just I hope zen is better than skylake in overclocking. my 6600k is automate over to 5Gz and 4.7 fully stable and I empress

can I ask question ? why all your board is hero ?

Legenda in Aeternum
For Z87 the Hero was new line in the OG series and in reviews looked good so I gave it a try, a loved it, it also turned out to be the best selling and best rated Z87, so the Z97 was a no brainer to try - and again exceeded expectation, I have a systems business so these rigs all get a lot thrown at them, GPUs, DRAM, coolers, drives. For Z170, the industry reviews were pretty decent, though as with many popular lines of mobos the initial user reviews were lacking , but that was to be expected with a new chipset, new CPUs, new DRAM and for most a new OS. After a lot of though and also looking at GB (the G1 Gaming) and Rock mobos, I just figured I'd go the Hero again, and am glad I did. It's never missed a beat and has had XFire 290Xs and 380) and on it, SLI (980s and 980Tis) and other GPUs, numerous sets of DRAM from 2666 to 3600 (16GB up through 64GB), think 7 maybe 8 different CPU coolers.....runs cool, OCs well, great BIOS, I have no complaints, (have built 9 for clients and they are are thrilled with them

reasonable for me . I look at the new hero and I can say this board one of the advanced m.b with lot of optimization like best component for audio.
I am one of the amd fan and waiting for zen platfom. I like two brands , asus and asrock. asrock for solid board and asus for best software and full feature boards. but in the end always I going with asus.
