I have to buy a new video card, the budget is very low, so i thought to buy a new AMD rx460 or a used GTX 670 by EVGA( i will pay the half of the RX price)... My PC have asrock h55 m pro and Intel i3 550, the PSU is a xfx 550...Which is the best? And why? The right choice for a sporadic full hd??
