Will this ATX motherboard and MATX CASE fit together?

1) That is a micro-ATX motherboard. It is not a full ATX board.

2) So yeah, it will fit any "micro-ATX" case or larger.

3) Motherboards all have "CPU support" at their pages, but NO it does not support an FX-8320. You need an "AM3+" mobo for that, not FM2+.

4) PCPARTPICKER is good for making PC builds and seeing what will match.

5) I recommend going with an Intel build instead. Depending on budget maybe an i3-6100, i5-4590 or similar CPU.
