Dell Inspiron 15 7559 does not recognize intel m.2 600p SSD in OS and BIOS

Basically I have the Dell Inspiron 15 7559 with the SSHD and then added an m.2 intel 600p series SSD and it is not recognized in the bios or Operating system (Win10)

Any ideas?

ALL Dell inspirons ONLY takes SATA M.2 and not PCIe NVMe M.2. You need a Latitiude or a XPS laptop for that i beleive. I know latitudes take them but not sure on XPS> I would assume they would since they are a higher end model.
