I need a new cpu because my graphics card is bottle necking it. Any ideas of a good CPU that wont bottle neck and will not need to be overclocked. If you suggest a part please link it. Willing to get more than one part is necessary. My current setup is:

Motherboard: Gigabyte F2A55M-DS2 FM2+ (Ultra Durable series)
CPU: AMD a8 5600k black edition (stock fan)
GPU: GTX 960 SSC by EVGA
RAM: Ballistix white edition or something along that line.

Solution
The FM2+ socket is your limitation. The best CPU for that board would be the Athlon X4 880 or the A10-8750 APU... if you have the rev 3 board.
The board is not designed for serious OC'ing. So that won't help much.

Can you explain what a rev 3 board means. I'm pretty new to all this stuff still.

You'll notice on the motherboard's webpage; http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4782#ov
..it lists rev. 1.0, 1.2, and 3.0. Look on the lower left corner of the board (near the expansion slots). There should be a REV # there.

Ok I see, yes it is a rev 3.0 so I suppose I will look into one of the cpus your suggested thank you :)

Also check to see if you need to update the BIOS for the CPU you choose. I would imagine the Rev 03 board would have a late BIOS. But it may not be the latest if you choose one of the newer Godavari CPUs/APUs.
One of those chips should give you the greatest performance the FM2+ socket can utilize. Might even be able to move up to a faster gfx card.

You're still going to have bottlenecking even with the best CPU you can get for that motherboard. You need an Intel rig. The fastest CPU you can get is going to limit your FPS by a lot in some games. Especially the CPU intensive games are going to see big bottlenecks. Some games will play fine but more cpu intensive games will run like dog crap. I've tried playing on a fairly recent APU and a GTX 680. It ran bad in some games but did fine in others. It all depends on the game.

I did think of that but I normally do not run where heavy games. My main games are CS:GO, Unturned, GMOD, and possibly titnafall 2 in the future but I don't mind tuning settings down for that. (If I even get it) But nothing new with the greatest graphics normally.

The fastest Athlon X4 would be fine with your GTX 960. I had a 860K/960 FTW in one of my PCs and it played games fine. Single player, that is. Multiplayer on a busy server it may not do as well.
Example: Tomb Raider (a pretty GPU intensive game) built-in benchmark netted me 39.6 FPS minimum at ultimate settings 1080p.
