Is this enough power for a gaming PC

I got a Rosewill R363 w/400W power supply integrated do I have to buy a separate stronger power supply or is the integrated one enough?

I have the following components:
ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 MoBo
Sapphire RX 460 Nitro 4gb GPU
AMD FX6300 CPU
Zalman CPU Cooler
Seagate 1tb Barracuda HDD
Rosewill R363 Case

I appreciate any help thanks in advance

I calculated the power usage for you, 400W should be just fine, however, as PSU's age, they slowly lose their capacity that they once had. I recommend a 500W, for much more room for improvements such as overclocking, which will becomes viable down the road, when components start to age lose their performance.
