Are these are compatable with my mobo?

I have a Asus Maximus Viii Extreme Mobo.
I want these: CORSAIR Dominator Platinum 32GB (4 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Memory Kit Model CMD32GX4M4B3200C16

The manual for the Mobo only lists CMK32GX4M4B3200C16 in the qualified venders list.
Anyone know what the difference is with the D and K in the #'s?

They'll work, it's a loose Cl for 3200, can do better performance wise with Trident Z or Ripjaws V both have a number of 3200 sets in a 14 CL and for 32GB be better with a 2x16GB set (less stress on the MC (memory controller) ;)

Thanks for the quick reply. I specifically want the Corsair Dominator Series mainly because of the RGB LED Fan that will mount on the 4X8 cards. I'm doing a build using a Thermaltake Core P5 Case so ascetics are very important.
I'm not sure if the fan would mount using 2X16 setup.

Thanks they will arrive tomorrow (22nd). I also ordered the Samsung 950 Pro M.2, I know I'm being anal but does it bother anyone else that when it's installed the sticker is upside down?
