Igpu not showing up

I have an Asrock z77 Extreme3 motherboard and a Celeron g1620, one day i needed to use my integrated graphics and i noticed the option wasn't available in the bios. when i try to boot without a graphics card installed the motherboard beeps with no post. What would cause this? are there any solutions?

Try clear the CMOS by removing the battery, also uninstall your discrete GPU, and boot the pc again to see it will work or not. If the PC works you need to install the intel HD gpu driver.

Thank you for your response, I don't see a battery but I have tried clearing CMOS using the jumper and it didn't work.

Try update the BIOS to the newer one 1.5 version http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z77%20Extreme3/?cat=Download&os=BIOS

The risk is the pc will not be able to boot up. But as long as you follow the step by step, and di it right. It will be easy. Check it out by clickng the "How to update" tab. http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z77%20Extreme3/?cat=Download&os=BIOS But if you don't feel comfortable to do it, you should ask someone for help.
