Hey,I am creating a budget build with g3258/g4400 and r9380 4gb but I'm confused if I should buy i3 6100 with r9270x 2gb which combo would be better?(I won't be over clocking)

It's my first PC build and Rx 470 is the same price as r9 380 also how much performance or graphic difference is there in VGA and DVI if it ain't much I can go for i3 6100 with Rx 470
