Which one Ga-z170x-ud3 vs ga-z170-D3H for single GPU ?

Hi,
I will never merge GPUs (SLI or Crossover) in my PC. But Nvidia VGA is my choose.
So I like OverClocking for future to add extra power. I like gaming but I'm not a game geek!

Price in our country:
Ga-z170x-ud3 = ~170$
ga-z170-D3H = ~145$

the UD3 comes with USB3.1, generally the UD-Series is higher quality than the D(x)H-series and it should overclock better.

if that's really worth the price tag...you decide
