also look like you are running your own license activation server.

I would just wipe and do a clean install with out any activation hacks

the actual problem that was in your network stack but it looks like you have a network packet injector installed
windivert.sys (used to steal passwords from users and hack games) I think it broke your bluetooth network, which is why you bugchecked.

I didn't activate my windows OS with an activation hack but I used an activation hack on something else once.
My bluetooth wasn't turned on before the BSOD.
I run SFC, but it didn't find any issue.
