Weird buzzing noise from GPU...?

I have a twin frozer 3 graphics card and I hear a buzzing noise but I think its coming from the power supply which is a croshair 750m installed it with the fan down of that's not the problem could it be clogged or broken or something like that?

1| I think you meant to say Corsair for your power supply. If so are we talking about the CXX750M?
2| Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your OS?
3| Buzzing can happen for many reasons, in fact the way a person perceives and interprets a buzzing noise is kind of subjective. Are you talking about a buzz as though the fan is brushing against a wire or fan housing or are you talking about an electrical hum/buzz? If the latter then it's coil whine. If the former then the unit's fan is on the verge of failure. It would be a good idea to RMA the unit in either case...provided you're sure the noise is coming from the PSU and not any other component in your system.
