i have intel core i5 3330 3.0 ghz processor
4 gb ram
nvidia geforce 210
i can't run csgo more than 40 fps my gpu is not for gaming i know but with my processor at low setting with 1024x768 i never reach 60 fps every thing turned down set performance in nvidia panel tried every launch command for csgo configs etc i can't get stable 60 fps
i think i have bottle neck of something wrong with my pc

i would reccomend an upgrade. Or even i would risk saying that your integrated graphics might be hella faster than geforce 210
