Yeah, no way you're gonna be seeing any serious performance hits with CSGO. I am running a 1060 with the i5 and I get 300-450 fps in CSGO in 1080p with settings on low. It's not exactly a demanding game.
I would be very very surprised if streaming managed to cut your fps in any significant way.

That depends on teh current situation. What frames are you getting and what's your GPU?
will be using gtx 1060, above 100fps is fine to me while streaming, every settings on low, 1600:900 res, stream should be 720p 60fps
Oh, you can do 100FPS whi8le streaming at yoru full resolution and with all the settings cranked up. No issues whatsoever. If you were one of those ones who want 200+fps, then yeah, the CPU may start to limit you while also streaming.
