Doing some digging around I've managed to get my CPU to 4.4Ghz however don't know if the voltage is set too high at 1.281v reading from the VID on HWInfo under Prime95 (Hopefully plan to lower the voltage if I can just for temp comfort) *EDIT Averaging around 1.278v at the moment.

**EDIT #2: Dropped to 4.2Ghz with CPU-Z reading 1.168 - 1.170V under Small FFT.
Max of 69c on 1 core under load

As for which I am using an Asus P8Z77-V LX motherboard, 3570k coupled with Noctua thermal compound and DH-15 -

Idle - 35-40c
Prime95 Small FFT - Averaging around 75c

Was just wondering if the temps etc. are looking fine for what I've got in addition to which any tips would be much appreciated, I'll provide photos of my bios settings in a few minutes after posting or when asked for. Go easy, new to overclocking =)

~Cheers

Solution
Looks fine, of course you can try lowering the voltage (would go down about - 0.02 at a shot and test for stability, ROG Real Bench would be good for testing and is fairly quick ;)

Sounds good, just nice for a bit of reassurance - appreciate the help will come back when I've done some more testing. Been reading around that vcore shouldn't be going over 1.3 for this chip, don't know if it's utter bs or not?
