I have a Z87x ud5th motherboard with 16 gb of hyper x ram (2*8) 1600mhz. Intel i5 4590 and gtx 1060 so I bought a new cpu Cooler h80i and removed the old one Hyper 212x before removing cpu cooler everything was fine but after I removing the cooler when i tried to boot it gave me an error code 15 so when I put ram in slots 1&3 it booted (initially in slots 1&2) but it gave random numbers while bootting . So I thought if I put a cpu cooler it might tight the memory controller but even after that it is not working. So memory in slots 2&4 nearest to cpu are not working . And there are no bent pins in cpu .Warranty expired no Rma possible. Before removing my initial cpu cooler it would boot just showing some no like 51 and then straight to AO ( both 51 and AO are not error code) but now it shows first 19 then 15 then 4f and various such codes before booting. Please help. Tried installing fresh Bios and also clearing CMOS.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Normally for dual channel memory to work you want to use slots 1 and 3 or 2 and 4. I hate to say it but the only time I have had your issue before was when I had a bent pin under the CPU. It was hard to see but after using a magnifying glass I could spot that it wasn't at the same angle as the rest and would touch another pin when the CPU would come down on it.

Your best bet is to take a really close look at your pins again. From there it is up to you on whether or not you want to attempt to beg it to bend back into the correct position. Be careful though as the pins can easily snap.
