Need help with anti virus

I have two hard drives in my pc, Is there a way to turn of virus protection on one of the two hard drives? The anti virus keeps deleting stuff on one of my drives

Depends on what anti virus software you are using. If you are using windows defender, just add an exception for that drive in your system settings.

If things are being deleted on one of your drivers, it likely has a virus. Fix the virus, not the anti virus software. You might also take this question to the right sub forum. This is a graphics card sub forum.
