What size is this Mobo/Will it fit this case?

I bought a pre-built rig from Medion a few years back, the Mobo is a 'MS-7848' as far as I know.

Originally I was looking at the Corsair Carbide Air 540 cube case, but depending on the size may have to buy the Air 240.

Is it Itx, M-atx, Micro-Atx etc?

mATX/Micro ATX are the same thing. That is the size of your board. You can always tell by counting the expansion slots. 5 or less is mATX.
ITX usually only has one. ATX usually has 7.
