Hi, I'm finalizing my components for my first build. I've decided it will have a 6th gen intel cpu mainly for compatibility/upgradability reasons in the next 3-5 years otherwise i'd go for i5-4460 which would shave off more cost from cpu, mobo and ram. I just want opinions or suggestions to have the best bang-for-the-buck because I'm still having some trouble choosing between some of the components. Due to limited component availability and budget, I chose to get parts from this particular site https://dynaquestpc.com/

CPU ------I5 6400 or 6500 or 6600 (priced at about $176, $196, $216 respectively) which one would give the best value for my money? Also, do I need a cpu cooler here?
GPU -----MSI GTX1060 6G 192Bit ($296) or you could suggest a better version of it from HERE
MOBO---Gigabyte GA-B150N-PH-WF ($108) or MSI B150M Night Elf ($99) choosing between this two mostly for the looks but I'm still open for other suggestions like settling for a cheaper mobo HERE
PSU -----Seasonic S12II 520W 80PLUS Bronze ($54) or if it is not enough you could choose HERE
HDD -----Seagate 1TB 7200 rpm ($51) (I'll add an SSD a month or two after I finish this build)
Chassis -Techwave Inf ($26) Are the fans included in this case enough?if not please recommend some from HERE
RAM -----Kingston HyperX 8GB DDR4 2133mhz ($44) (I'll add another stick a month or two after I finish this build)

As a first time builder, I don't have much knowledge building from scratch. Is there other components like thermal paste(if necessary) needed in building a complete unit? Do I need additional cooling solutions? Cabling solutions? Sorry if I have many questions, I just want to be sure :)

I don't know if this is important but I will gaming @ 1080p or possibly upgrading it to 1440p in the next following months with games like bf4, dota2, dc universe and gta v

You don't need a cpu cooler, it will come with one. Later on if you don't like the sound profile you can get a new one, but to save money go with the included. Any of the CPUs will be good enough to run your games, if you have to save money go with the cheapest one. It's still a quad core with plenty of horsepower.

If you intend to go for 1440p gaming, you should get a GTX1070. Otherwise i think the MSI 1060 is fine. The Zotac AMP edition saves a few pennies and is a fine card too.

PSU i think you got it right, Seasonic is great and the 520W should be plenty for your system.

Not a bad set of components. For the CPU, the i5-6500 with no CPU Cooler needed. Get a MicroATX motherboard, as the Techwave case supports that size, MSI B150M Night Elf.

Other than that, no suggestions. Good PSU, good graphics card, good build.

Everything looks solid to me.

i5 6500 is the best value.

MSI B150M Night Elf board is ok.

Seasonic S12II 520W, high quality unit.

As for the cooling, i5 6500 comes with intel stock cooling (thermal paste pre-applied) which should do the job, unless you really want quiet/cooler solution.

I don't think you need extra fans, anyway you can throw additional in the future, if needed.
