These are the basic spec.s of my desktop PC which is currently running Windows 10
Manufacturer Packard Bell
System Model imedia S2185
Processor AMD A4-5000 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics, 1500 Mhz
RAM 6.00 GB
There was also a GT620 1GB DDR3 video card which has blown - I'd like to replace it with something better, preferably without having to upgrade anything else - although I am also considering adding more RAM.
Please suggest a range of options covering a budget from $150 to $500 (or so)

It's identical except mine has a "HDMI" badge at the top of the optical drive door-flap; probably, you can say that that is the same PC.
I examined the label on the PSU it states that it delivers 13A on +3.3V; 14A on +5V and 12A on +12V.
Maximum Watt is given as 80W, so I assume that's per rail as there's another limit that Total Output is not to exceed 220W.
At a guess you could describe it as a limited nominal 250W, not sure if that will be enough for the GT 730?

Apologies for the long delay in replying - unfortunately I was in hospital while the doctors practiced their needlework on me and that delayed my response.

The other problem I am having is actually posting the picture......I'm not sure how to do that (I have a clear image on my PC but copy & paste doesn't seem to work) - any advice?

Not sure if this link will work for you...
