I tried to upgrade to Windows 10 back in July 2016. It wouldn't take on my laptop which is an HP G60...about 6 years old. I reverted back to Windows 7 and since then, my WLM 2011 isn't working like it should. I can't send pics from My Pictures folder! It won't let them attach to my email program anymore! I also lost a lot of emails and have empty folders that I want to delete but can't...totally screwed up my email program! Anyone else have this to happen? If so, what did you do to correct it? I have tried System Restore and it won't work right either! Won't let me go back beyond the date I tried to upgrade to Windows 10! Also, anything I scan won't go directly from my scanner to an email. I am having to save it to documents or pics or whatever and then open my email program, start a new email, and then attach whatever it is that I want to send by browsing in my documents or my pictures for the item I want to email. A complete pain in the butt! Please help if you can!
