Can I use UDIMM ram in a DIMM ram slot?

Well the title says it all, I am looking to get some ram for an Intel Server Board (S5000PSL) and am wondering if if can use UDIMM ram in a DIMM slot. If I could, are there any other compatibly issues? Help is greatly appreciated! -Nick

S5000PSL doesn't use UDIMM ram.

Eight DIMM sockets supporting fully buffered DIMM technology (FBDIMM) memory.
240-pin DDR2-533 and DDR2-677 FBDIMMs can be used.

U stands for un-buffered, sounds like the mobo only supports buffered DRAM
