Hello, I am having my R9 290 Vapor-X overclocked. However I am experiencing weird artifacts appearing randomly when I play games. I tried catching one by recording a video however its not there. I managed to capture it with my phone recording my screen.
Here are my overclock settings;

Here is the artifact, somewhat example of what appears (Sometimes its more grouped) and it happens literally for milisecond.

What could be causing it? I am really worried

FX 8350 OC'd to 4.4Ghz
