Curious About CPU Temperature Spikes

Hey guys, I'm trying to overclock my i7-6700K, and I've been able to get it at 4.7GHz with no problems so far, but im just a bit worried about some rare temperature spikes. Every now and then, during my AIDA64 Extreme stress test, the temperatures on each core would spike for a split-second and then climb back down (Results of a quick 10 minute stress test here: http://imgur.com/a/9Duly). I'm trying to figure out if these rare spikes are normal or i should dial back my overclock a bit.
Thanks.

Does it only spike with AIDA 64 or does it spike...

Im assuming but the numbers that you are using water cooling? What cooler do you use?

I'm using a Corsair H110i GTX with stock fans, sorry I didn't say that from the start.

Does it only spike with AIDA 64 or does it spike like that too when you run a few games? I know that AIDA 64 causes some random fluctuations with the CPU temperature when its testing. Also when you stress test with AIDA it cycles through different tests and depending on the test, some make your CPU run hotter than the others.

Are you manually adjusting your vcore or are you allowing it to use adapted voltage?

If you had a cooling issue it would be consistent through the test but its just a random spike.

I am manually adjusting my vcore, and I did talk to a friend of mine and he confirmed that AIDA64 does cause a few spikes, and the only real time it spikes is during those tests. Thanks for your help.
