im looking to OC a i5 6600k to 4.2 - 4.6 ghz and was wondering if a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo or CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM would be enough to keep it running cool and stable for about 8-12h in a well 70-80 degrees F environment in a case with x2 120m intakes and 120 rear and a top mounted 120m intake.

The H7 beats the 212 by a couple C to answer your question it depends on how much voltage you have to put to it to get it stable at your OC.
For 4.2 it should work just fine for 4.6 depending on the luck of the draw you get you might need to look at the Cryorig H5.
The Cryorig H7 is rated for 140 Watts the H5 is rated for 180 Watts.
