My download speeds are capped at 3mb/s no matter what I'm trying to download (steam game, videos, music, or pictures). When testing with speedtest.net I get 50mb/s down and 10mb/s. My ISP is comcast. My modem is https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01621M1S4/ref=twister_B01HIT562W?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 and my router is https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HEX851C/ref=twister_B01GW1GO7S?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1. This is the motherboard I have in my current computer http://pcpartpicker.com/product/ZNtCmG/asus-motherboard-m5a97ler20. I'll post any other information that may be needed but I am currently at work so I can update around 1pm est. Thanks, guys.

Does this happen with all systems? Did you already reboot the modem and router? Have the ISP reset your connection and modem?
