Hey there!
I just got a new pc, and i have some concerns about the voltage the cpu gets.
First here is my build:

Motherboard: Gigabyte z170 gaming k3
CPU: 6700k i7
Cooler: 212 evo
Power: 650 Watt Corsair VS650
The rest should not affect the answer im looking for

First im running my CPU at stock speed(had it oc'ed to 4.4, but changed it back to stock)
My vcore in my BIOS is set to auto
My problem is that when i play ex. overwatch and my HWMonitor is running at the background i can see on HWMonitor that my vcore have peeked up to 2.076 at max

When i run cinebench my vcore stays around 1.2xx the whole time running cinebench and my temps stay at around 70 degrees(when cinebench is running) and idle is around 30 degrees

Why does the vcore spike so hard somtimes and could it harm my CPU ?
I looked in bios so i could place my vcore manually but there is no adaptive mode in gigabytes UEFI and i dont want it to run at 1.2xx all the time, what to do ? and does the temps look fine(im a noob in the pc-building game)?

I run the CPU at stock speed and have my vcore sat on auto.
But it still peaks to 2.076, i dont think its for a long time i rather think its a quick spike but still.
I've been thinking about just to set my vcore at 1.256 or something, but i cant find the offset voltage in my UEFI(Here is a link to a picture of the advanced voltage settings on my UEFI - http://www.kitguru.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/Gigabyte_Z170_GamingK3_BIOS-7.jpg ) and i dont want a constant of voltage of 1.256. I am complete new to all this voltage settings and things(i used to have a laptop) so mabye im just blind or its called something else ? There is the dynamic vcore but its grayed out and im not allowed to type in it :-(
