Hey everyone, I bought a new laptop about 2 months ago overseas, now I've encountered a problem. It started when my sister was playing my laptop. Then, I asked her to stop playing because I need to use it. Suddenly, I noticed that the wifi doesn't work. So, I restarted my laptop. Problem solved. Next weeek after that, after I played some games, it happened again. But this time, I tried restarting it again, no result. Then, I download the latest version of the driver. Problem solved again. Now it happens again. But this time, nothing works, I tried restarting, disabling and enabling, re-installing the driver, reg delete HKCD\*something*\{*lottery numbers that I don't understand*} /VA /F, and even praying to God. I found a solution in the internet that tells me to untick the power thing in power management tab, but there is no such thing as power management tab in the wifi driver properties. It says error code 39. Anyone with skills and magic can give me a miracle? I really need it as I am setting up a new business. Thanks guys

Solution
Code 39 means "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing."

The fix is to download the most current wireless driver for your laptop, uninstall the old driver in the device manager and then install the most recent driver.
