What form factor are you looking for, Mini ITX, Micro ATX, ATX or E ATX?

Or what chipset you would like to prefer?

X99 the best according to me but are costly, only build if you want to upgrade later also.
Z170 are also descent

Please tell so that I could tell you more.

As I have already told you there are 4 form factors (sizes)

Mini ITX : smallest (don't go the size if used good parts, many high end pc get fail to beat them)
Micro Atx : A little bit bigger in size (the cabinets you see normally of HP they are idle for those cabinets in size)
ATX : Big in size (Often used by gamers)
EATX : Biggest of them all ( Used by Hardcore gamers)

It decides the sizes of the cabinet you want, so just tell me how much big cabinet you want I'll give you the best possible configuration in that size for 92000 rupees

OK give few minutes it'll take some time. Would you be using a CD/DVD reader writer ? And by which company would you like to buy the gtx 1060 Zotac/MSI/EVGA/Gigabyte? Do you live in Delhi PM if you don't want to tell publically and would you be able to get the parts from abroad if not available in India ?

So here is your ATX build, Get Ready

Mobo : MSI X99A Gaming 7 Rs. 17,428
CPU : Intel® Core™ i7-5820K Rs. 26,142 (if you could add Rs. 3000 to your budget, i7-6800K better option)
RAM : G.SKILL TridentZ Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4 3200 Rs. 3,552+Rs. 3552 (Have to buy 2 kits)
HDD : WD Black 1 tb Rs. 5,028
Cooling : Noctua NH-D15 Rs. 5,933(almost in the same amount you can buy a liquid cooling which performs better)
PSU : Cooler Master GM650W Rs. 5,698
Cabinet : around 5,200 (could not find any that I would like to have for myself)
GPU : GTX 1060 Rs. 19,439 (If I were you I would be very confused now because the MSI one goes with the theme of red and black but the gigabyte is better in performance for same price. Time to decide!!)

Remember you have to buy 2 of these kits that makes 4 RAM chips!!!

Here you can see all of them the once I am talking about are the second last and the third last don't misunderstand that different price for same thing there is real improvement in the performance!!

Here you can find all the cabinets compatible but make sure they are available in India as well : https://pcpartpicker.com/products/case/?compatible_with=noctua-cpu-cooler-nhd15#t=3
And do check on newegg also, it opens for the U.S. you have to change to India. And these are the lowest prices that I could find If you wand you can research more but I guess it's going to be a waste of time you do know I spent around 6 hrs doing this. And for micro ATX build just different motherboard and maybe another air cooler. That I'll tell you tomorrow I mean today later around 7:30 pm. Until then give these components a look

Well actually the thing is I don't know about any PC parts market in Mumbai, in Delhi we have "Nehru Place" you can even find some things even better for the same price there that's why I gave you the links for online buying and i have already told you these parts are there for you can find them somewhere else any cheaper, go for it and add the money for the cabinet or GPU or the CPU. As I have given a variant of a better CPU or have a GTX 1070 or a good cabinet

I am so sorry and frustrated that there is so much of shipping charge I didn't check by updating the pin. I am so Sorry.
Now what you can do is you can go to a market place and ask for these parts as you are already saying that you will do Good Luck with the build.

Selection of case is really subjective and up to you based on looks. Get an SSD though.

Could you please tell by what factor/where this build will perform better than the first or second build.

Both the builds had a PSU suggested that is definitely not recommended for such a build.
You didn't take into account for taxes for pricing. That pretty much invalidates the whole build since it goes above OP's budget.
The second build could have chosen a better mobo for this price point.
