Best CPU under $250 for streaming?

Was looking to get the Xeon E3 1231 V3 for streaming but was told not to get it because of it's price for the server features that I probably won't use. So what's a good alternative for that CPU that's in the same price range, like an i7? or anything with the most threads i can get. I'm planning to stream CS:GO in 720p@30fps.

A 1231v3 is a great streaming CPU. It's special server feature is ECC ram support, which you won't use. The 1230v5 is the current gen option, and is close in price. Both are basically i7's, without IGP, as stated above.
