Best GPU for system

I am thinking of upgrading my current graphics card from a r9 270x 2gb, to either a r9 480 8gb or a gtx 1060 6gb. Which one is best for gaming and streaming videos at the same time?

Motherboard-Gigabyte ud3 990fx
Graphics card- R9 270x 2gb
processor- amd fx 8350 8 core
Power supply- Corsair RM series 750w
12gb 1600mhz gskill ram

If you don't use the 4K monitor, you can use either 4gb rx480 or 3gb gtx1060 too. When you upgrade to either one, that will be a big jump.
Also it depends on what games you play, read the review you will know what I mean.
