Help With New PC BUILD PLEASE.. No display after changing, mobo, cpu, and ram.

Hello everyone.. On the internet to ask a question about a build I just recently finished and it's having some difficulty working. Made a new pc (2nd) everything is connected right and everything is fine, but it does not display anything.. I changed ram, mobo, and cpu AND STILL NO DISPLAY.. Help guys.. I have no gpu by the way.. Build
ram- ddr3 8gb corsair
psu- corsair cx 430
hd- wd 1tb black
mobo- asus a88x-plususb
cpu- amd fm2+ a6 7470
Another thing, once booted up with "no signal" I can't turn it off via power button.. It turns on with it< but doesn't turn it off.. I have to use psu switch to turn it off

I replaced the cpu and mobo and it's still the same.. Everything works.. Just the monitor, not sure why though.. Could it be that I have to gpu or what? I've tried hdmi, dvi, and vga cords and nothing.. Sorry for the late reply.

Still no beeps.. Another thing, not sure if it's a big thing or not, but when I power it on it does not turn off anymore with the button. I have to switch off the psu in order to turn it off

Hey, just to confirm, your 8 pin power connector is unplugged in the picture (top left), did you plug it in when you powered it on?

Yeah, that the extra.. The other 4 pin is connected
