That has a Ball Grid Array package and is soldered to the motherboard, so no. Even if the board were compatible with the processor. Sorry.

The thing about all-in-ones and notebooks is that they are highly customized to fit a defined set of components into a very small space and a tight thermal envelope. In most cases, they cannot be upgraded except for memory and perhaps disk. Motherboards are non-standard.
