Gtx 680 and corsair vs 550 are gtx 960 with my corsair cx430 need help please

Need help to decide which is the best option to take buy a gtx 960 and use my psu corsair cx430 are buy a corsair vs550 are a coolermaster 550 and buy a gtx 680 both work out at 125 pound for both options any other ideas are very welcome to please.

The cx is more than enough for the low power i5 and the gtx 960 there should be no issue at all, a better psu would be great but the power draw,

cpu and gpu hit about 220 watts at load, while the cx isn't optimal I've loaded them up to 400 watts without issue.

Yea its 125 for the gtx 960 and 125 for gtx 680 and a psu gtx is 80 so leaves me 45 for a psu bests ones i seen are the corsair vs 550 are a Coolermaster gm series 550 just unsure which would be best.

Do you already own the cx 430? It will run the 960 no issues, the 960 isn't that much slower than the 680

The performance difference doesn't really justify spending a whole lot more.

I hadn't looked in a while it appears the driver optimizations for the 960 have been substantial.

After review I can't see any reason to spend additional cash on the psu upgrade.

Am looking to play arma 3, dayz , rust, squad, h1z1, ark, death by daylight, rainbow six seige, gta5, project cars, miscreacted, all were running ok on my current set up medium to low sum high just want more performance all to be on high i only have a 720p tv at min so dont need 1080p gaming just want solid 60fps.
