Best type of cooling for my pc

I have the amd 8 core processor but still have the stock heat sing and fan that came with it, I also have a windforce nvidea geoforce 660, 1 hard drive a 550 watt psu and 16 gigs of ram

What do you want to cool? Cooling is a very broad subject. Is the case too hot, lousy airflow? Is the cpu too hot, lousy cpu cooler and you want to OC? Are you just looking for something that's quieter and runs cooler for the cpu?

What country, what budget?

The cpu is running too hot and the gpu is slightly above what it should be, case airflow seems ok though, I don't mind about noise. I don't want to over lock either
