Hi i am trying to figure out which component of the computer has failed, i will try to desribe the problem the best i can.

first the computer restarted while i was booting up or running overwatch (was afk for a smoke so i didnt see what happened), it seemed to be stuck loading so i restarted it again but it would restart when booting up overwatch or crash the game and give me some display error, then i booted up another game and a bunch of green and some pink dots appeared on the screen, with some other graphical glitches later appearing after i tried to reinstall geforce, i figured the problem was the graphics card so i just used the intel graphics and then got a new card, i could plug in the card but the computer showed some problem with device and i could not install drivers for it.

then the computer took longer and longer to boot up and sometimes would just restart again and again, and would also freeze in bios and now it will only start the fans for a bit and try and boot up but then just retries after a couple of seconds

i have tried using a different harddrive, switching out the ram, and i ran the intel diagnostic tool, which passed.

i was wondering if it could be the motherboard that is failing, i checked it for dead capacitors and such but i dont have any experience with fixing electronics so i may easily have missed something?
