I was trying to update my BIOS to attempt to fix a blue screen of death problem I have been having lately, hoping it would work I did the update, rebooted the PC, then the PC would boot up, except I wouldn't get any signals from my monitor or my keyboard or anything else. Please help!

My computer is an ASUS M32BF series. The BIOS update I tried to use is the first one listed.

If this helps, my APU is an AMD A10-7800 Radeon R7

Also in case you were wondering I found the manual. But, the problem is it doesn't say anything about fixing BIOS problems.

Also, yes I made sure that the BIOS and the motherboard were the correct versions.

Zip files compress data and therefore save time and space and make downloading software and transferring e-mail attachments faster. Typical uses for Zip files include:
•Distributing files on the Internet

Failure to decompress the .zip BIOS file would allow you to erase the current BIOS, then not have a BIOS file to replace it with. You can't flash a BIOS with a .zip file.

I don't believe that's the cause of my computer not getting any signal. I extracted the files correctly, and I was left with a ".CAP" file. I made sure to separate it and I dragged the file onto my desktop. After that, I opened up the ASUS Manager program, clicked BIOS, then clicked browse, then selected the BIOS update file. Unless I was suppose to extract the .CAP file I don't know what else could be the problem. What do you think is the best solution I should do to fix this problem. Or, if I have to buy a new PC entirely.

Thanks for the suggestions I really appreciate it. But, before I make any decisions, can you double check? Here's two images because I am honestly very confused right now.

I'm not sure if I did download the wrong BIOS or not so I'm posting these to make sure I'm not going to make the same mistake twice.
