Hello. I'm not a native English speaker so sorry for my mistakes. I'd like to format my laptop (Sony Vaio VPCEH 2M1E) but the BIOS options are very limited, there is no standard option for CD boot. The CD drive is working for sure and the CD is also working beacuse I've checked it on other computers.
I wanted to upgrade my BIOS but it's current. I've even made a bootable USB Drive but my BIOS doesn't seem to see it. It is working however on BIOS on another laptop.
I've tried all the options in the BIOS and other people tried to help me as well but with no results.

I'm adding photos of my BIOS.

Thank you for your help.

If you have the OS on CD, simply insert it into your optical drive when the machine is on. Then restart, go into the BIOS and maybe you can disable External Device Boot and Network Boot (currently enabled in your screenshot). Then maybe you can select Internal Optical Disc Drive as your primary boot option and enable it. If so, then save and exit, and it should boot from the OS CD
