I use an i3-6100 paired with GTX 950. It's just for gaming. For the upgrades, I want the i5-6500 and GTX 1070. Overclocking is not an option because mobo doesn't support it.
Sorry about that... I ended up using a hyphen when I needed to use an equals sign... If you look back up to the response where I linked them, it should be corrected now.
upgrade your gpu first, it will give out more performance gains than upgrading the 6100 to a 6500. but make sure your powersupply can support your upgrades and make sure its relevant to upgrade to a 1070 with your monitor being atleast a 1080p 144hz or a 1440p monitor to make optimal gains.
Graphics card should come first. Although the i3 will hold the 1070 back a little bit, you'll still see higher framerates than if you upgrade just the CPU.
Once you have the money (or whatever is currently holding you back from getting both at once), then I would upgrade the CPU.

PSU is Corsair CS600M. It should be more than enough to power them. I'll think about upgrading the monitor after the cpu and gpu. It's 1080p 60hz but it's quite new. And yes, I think I'll upgrade the gpu first. Thank you!

Yep, it's money. Anyway, thank you for the advice!
