Hi guys, I'm at wits end on this PC and I want to know if you all had some insight before going back to Microcenter to return things (over an hour away).

Build:
EVGA GTX 970
I3-6100
MSI H-170A PC Mate
EVGA 600W Bronze
Asus DVD drive
WD Black 1TB

So I had the PC working; I kept having some issues with WIndows (taking forever to boot, high HDD usage, ect.) so I reinstalled a new Windows 10 and updated it to 1607 and everything was working fine untill it BSOD'd. Ever since then I get a BSOD saying that the boot config isn't working on the HDD.

That's all well and good, I'd do the usual reinstall, no big deal. Except now no windows will boot on the thing. The USB gets a blue screen, the official DVD gets a blue screen, A HDD with a working windows 10 gets a Blue screen.

SO then I try windows 7; it won't let me do it because the drivers can't be found, an issue in itself that I can't find the answer for.

So now I'm stuck. I've disconnected the HDD, tried different HDDs, disconnected the GPU, tried different RAM slots, tried another PSU, even tried the windows 10 USB in 3 other computers to test if it works and it works fine!

That's why this is in Hardware and not Windows 10 because I can't get anything to boot on this thing. I imagine it as to be the hardware at this point right?

Please internet you're my only hope x.x
