Title says it all. None of my steam game works with the exception of Tom Clancy Rainbow six Siege for some reason.
Also worth a mention when i try to boot up it goes into a black screen and i have control over my mouse, then after about 10 seconds it flickers and goes back to my desktop

Yes i have tried compatibility mode
Yes i have tried verifying my game cache.
Yes i have the most recent version of directX : https://gyazo.com/997cfd91501ec790f0a619bd26f1a3c5
Yes i even reset my pc (PC reset with keeping personal files)
Anyone know what i need to do, Any help would be greatly appreciated, ive been searching for weeks on how to try and fix this.
