My Bios sometimes stuck

Motherboard : Asus P5QPL AM
CPU : Core 2 Duo E7500 2.93 Ghz
Ram : kingston 2x2gb 800Mhz
GPU ; Nvidia gigabyte GT 710 2gb 2016
PSU : Foxin FPS 500c(10$)
Os : windows 8.1 Pro
Mostly when i restart windows the bios loading part get stuck or may take 20 to 30 sec or more to load ,

Do you mean your BIOS don't wrok, or it wont load past your BIOS? If it's your BIOS, try resetting CMOS. If it's your OS, try running a recovery tool from USB

Then try downloading and running the Windows repair tool from a USB first. If it isn't that it could be BIOS settings.
