My friend recently got a Gigabyte GTX 1060 Windforce, he used the DUU intel tool to remove his intel drivers. After installing the Nvidia drivers and was all set up we went to try out a game. We opened World of warcraft , a not too demanding game but it runned at 2 FPS, after checking to see what was the problem, we noticed that in the device manager under display the intel graphics driver were installed. We disabled and uninstalled them and after restarting the computer rhe default adapter was Nvidia. We thought that we solved it it but soon after windows re installed the intel adapter, and ever since we havent been able to prevent them from installing. I checked on other post on how to prevent the drivers from installing. They said to go to the system properties and on device installation settings and click no to what it ask, but nothing happens it still forces the driver installation. Any way to make nvidia the primary adapter?

^ not necessarily - I've seen dozens of boards where there is no option to do that at all.

& there is no necessity either.

If you plug a monitor into a GPU video out that output instantly becomes the primary for that screen .
Me & someone somewhere have come to exactly the same conclusion here I think.
