I know that is a well know brand so I will make my entire water cooling system with it. I want to make it both CPU & GPU with two radiators 360 & 240 and with the Vardars 120mm (five Fans). I'm going with soft tubing though. Also I want to pick the best products possible that they have for my needs. I will give you my PC specs down below:

CPU: Intel Core i7-6900K 3.2GHz 8-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI X99A GAMING PRO CARBON ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Dominator Platinum 32GB (4 x 8GB) DDR4-3333 Memory
Storage: Samsung 850 Pro Series 512GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Samsung 850 Pro Series 512GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Video Card: NVIDIA Titan X (Pascal) 12GB Video Card (2-Way SLI)
Case: Fractal Design Define S w/Window ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair 1000W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Full 32/64-bit
Monitor: Acer Predator X34 34.0" 100Hz Monitor
11 USB's

I hope you can help me with this! Cheers

Solution
i put the fans so they will pull the air through radiator.
in a front, they are after radiator puling air into the case through the radiator, on the top/back they are between the radiator and case pulling air out of the case through radiator.
it is much easier to clean :)

Where are you going to mount the 360 rad ?
the case you listed (and i love it) supports up to 280 in front and up to 240 on top.
IMHO, you need more radiator surface area for quite operation.

minimum for the cpu should be 240mm radiator and single 120mm for each part added after that, so if your running two titan x a second 240mm radiator will be needed.

With your case you can get away with the 280mm and 240mm that it supports.

Any good OC on the cpu will be fine on a 240mm radiator, if your trying to get every last Mhz out of it then a 360mm would be needed before switching to peltiers/LN2/cascade systems

Lol ... i went to check the radiators on define nano s (which i proudly own) instead of Define S :)
Anyway, I have 360 total rads for much less power hungry CPU and GPU. and i have to ramp up the fans from time to time (when i don't want to turn on AC and the room temperature over 30C).
Instead of 240, get this one:
https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-coolstream-pe-360-triple
or better this one:
https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-coolstream-xe-360-triple
they are fatter.
your CPU+2xtitans are 700watt easily.
thats a lot of heat.

Yeah they take a lot of heat. I will probably change to a HX 1200i instead of the 1000i.
I will OC the CPU & GPU too, so thats why I need a good cooling system. BTW, can I still applying that thermal paste on the CPU for cooler results while water cooling with EKWB?

Nice! I am check it out right now. I am not a big fan of him but thanks for saying.
I have a big question that I forgot to put. Is it better to put the fans on the radiatiors facing the inside of the case or facing the outside? what is better?
In my thoughts, I think facing the outside is better because you are pulling air to the inside of the radiator. you can check it out Paul's Hardware Artic Panter PC. He has the Fans facing the outisde of the case.
