Frame limit increase graphics ?

I play Witcher 3 on 70fps on max no ultra and if I put the frame limit on 60 fps I will increase the graphics (texture quality, shadow quality etc. )

In that case yes you can turn on V-Sync and up your settings a little bit, you will have to experiment so that you can get it to sit at about 65fps, that way you shouldn't drop below 55fps :)

Hello!

Not really...if you ran it at 30fps yes you can but it will put more stress on your card and generate more heat, but you could maybe turn up a few options a tiny bit so that your fps floats around 60 but it may dip below that.

You'll only be able to increase graphics quality if you use half V-Sync, which will lock the game at 30fps.

It doesn't matter for me if the temperature is to high because I use customize cooling with msi afterburner .
