    At least:

    i5 6500( or 6600k, or i7 6700k budget allowing) with H170 or Z170 motherboard + 16gb DDR4 ram
High quality 500w-650w (depending on the choice of components) PSU (EVGA/Seasonic/Superflower/XFX etc)
    GTX 1060 6gb or RX 480 8GB (again could go to a 1070 or 1080)
    240gb (or larger) SSD

Is the SSD and new motherboard necessary ?

The motherboard is, the SSD is more "highly recommended"

Is it possible you could send me links of a trusted seller in the UK for everything I need I know this sounds lazy but I always end up getting sidetracked when I read descriptions of items saying they are better then others and I end up changing my mind all the time
