Can't install onboard VGA driver

whenever i tried to install the onboard vga driver, error show: "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software".
I have:
sapphire rx 480 4gb
MSI H110M Grenade
intel i5 6400
windows 10 pro 64 bit.
can someone help me with this issue?

I assume you're referring to the integrated Intel HD GPU, not the Sapphire card - - - correct?

Is this a pre-built or home-built PC?

the issue i have is from intel hd graphic. i got that error whenever i run the setup
driver from amd and sapphire, i have installed them.

Uninstall the Intel HD graphic driver and install the amd drivers. Make sure your monitor is connected to your graphics card and not the back panel of the mobo. Also, make sure the graphics card is fully inserted into the pcie slot.

someone from r*ddit told me to enable igpu in bios.
after enabling it, i can install the onboard vga driver
