Hello guys,
i want help about building a budget PC for running games on 2560x1080 75hz monitor.
Will GTX 1060 be enough? Also what CPU is capable of running games with decent framerates without bottlenecking GPUs?

For Example:
i5 6500/ i7 4790
16gb of ram
gtx 1060

Will it be enough for running games in such resolution with decent framerates and high/ultra settings?

You'll be golden. I'd get the 6GB version of the 1060 for that res.

A 1060 will not get you 60 yet alone 75 hertz, you need a 1070 or 80 (AMD hasn't caught up yet).
Try for something like:
i5 6500 (keeping it newer generation makes upgrading and support easier)
16 GB of RAM
GTX 1070 (this leaver more room for upgrading also, it supports SLI, unlike the 1060)

550w PSU
GTX 1070? (if there isnt any other option)

is it good for 2560x1080? ... i play mostly FPS/TPS games anyway... so can GTX 1060 be also an option?

Yes. I have 32 tabs open right now with a youtube video playing in another window and I'm at 5% CPU usage with clock speed at 800mhz-1.6ghz on i5 4690k
